Journalists who are in need of credentials should fax a letter of request to:

All journalists/photojournalists must register their telecommunications equipment using the attached Telecommunication Management form provided by the JMJ office in Paris. All means of telecommunications used in Paris must meet French guidelines, and thus must be approved by the French authorities. Any non-authorized equipment could be confiscated. The following form therefore must be filled out and returned to:
