North American Orthodox-Catholic Theological Consultation
-First convened in 1965 and meets twice a year
-Co-chaired by Archbishop Aymond of New Orleans (Catholic) and Metropolitan Methodios of Boston (Orthodox)
-Staffed by Fr. Ronald Roberson, CSP, on behalf of the Secretariat
-Produced 25 agreed statements
-Participants include Catholic theologians and representatives of the Assembly of Canonical Orthodox Bishops of North and Central America

-First convened in 1981; generally meets once a year but has not convened since 2008
-Chaired on the Catholic side by Archbishop Emeritus Oscar Lipscomb of Mobile

-Produced five agreed statements
-Participants include seven bishops from each church
